SRX24209342: Whole genome re-sequencing of Oncorhynchus tshawytscha: scale or operculum
1 DNBSEQ (DNBSEQ-G400) run: 39.4M spots, 15.8G bases, 8.9Gb downloads

Design: DNA was sheared using a COVARIS LE220 with duty 20, PIP450, cycles 200, and with a total time of 90 seconds (with a pulse spin after 45 seconds). The library was constructed following the MGIEasy PCR-Free DNA Library Prep Set (MGI Tech Co.). Indexed libraries were pooled and sequenced on a MGISEQ-G400 sequencer with paired-end 200bp.

Study: Whole genome resequencing of Fraser River (British Columbia, Canada) Chinook salmon
show Abstracthide Abstract
Chinook salmon were sampled from multiple streams in the Fraser River (British Columbia, Canada). Whole genome resequencing was used to identify variants from these salmon. The goal of this project was to generate a SNP panel that could distinguish these sample locations for future projects and for conservation efforts. A further goal was to also establish a resource for Chinook salmon researchers.
Sample: Fraser River (British Columbia, Canada) Chinook salmon whole genome resequencing
